Taking the Heat

In an attempt to halt Archer's plans for dominance, Soval and his fellow non-humans take control of the ISS Avenger and begin a haphazard attack against the captured USS Defiant. As part of the plan, Phlox is able to disrupt the Defiant's main power leaving her defenseless for the moment. This allows the NX-09 Avenger to take some shots.

It was such a novelty to see the Kirk-era Costitution kick ass in the ENT two parter, "In A Mirror, Darkly". That NX had absolutely no chance at all once the Defiant got their weapons back.
