A-10A - Ustio Air Force

Ustio’s Galm Team was not completely restricted to air superiority roles. If needed, flight leader “Cipher” was certified to operate the A-10 Thunderbolt II, with wingman “Pixy” flying top cover with his F-15C Eagle. This novel combination would lead to interesting bouts with Belkan forces.

The A-10 was traditionally seen as an unglamorous slow moving machine. With a bulky airframe, it was painfully underestimated by enemy pilots. Galm Team would exploit this stereotype during such deployments. When Galm 1 “Cipher” would complete his attack runs, he would focus his attention in luring enemy planes toward Galm 2 “Pixy”, where the opposition would be firmly dealt with.
