Trouble Maker

Highly active along the Romulan frontier, the "Pirates of Drull" enclave operate a variety of vessels for their smuggling operations. The largest of these is the H-5E "Lazarda", a cast-off Farenian cruiser haphazardly upgraded with overpowered impulse drives and festooned with a variety of sniper cannons. However, most configurations are inconsistent and it is easy to spot one distinct vessel from another. Still, the original Lazardas were already notorious for their sublight maneuverability and the sight of a 350m ship making rapid turns whilst firing precise energy blasts leaves most pursuers slack-jawed in amazement and frustration.

They are a constant thorn in the side for the Romulan Border Patrol. Whose aging Melak Class Warbirds have become inadequate in the face of constantly changing Drull tactics and the unchecked proliferation of high grade equipment in the local region. On the other hand, the popularity of Romulan Ale would have never reached such heights without the Drull and the like.
