The 27th Hour

Romulus – Twenty seven hours after the evacuation order.

After days of useless deliberation regarding the Hobus Threat, the Romulan Senate finally authorizes the awaited evacuation order, and ships are recalled to help ferry the Romulan residents off-world. The military estimates it will take six weeks to evacuate the planet, and a mere twenty-seven hours later, the Hobus star goes supernova.
