Mirage 2000C - Brazilian Air Force

In a bid to supplement its aging Mirage III's, the Brazilian Air Force acquired a single squadron of its successor, the Mirage 2000. The deal was primarily negotiated with the French Air Force, which had a number of airframes in storage. The first units arrived in September 2006 at Anápolis Air Base, where they take on the air defense role.
